Frequently Asked Questions
What type of energy healing session should I start with?
It depends on what you are looking for and how deep you want to go. Quantum Reiki is more focused on the reset & relaxation. Quantum Soul Realignments focus on karmic cycles, past lives, soul contracts; you'll still feel the reset but its more about the deep healing. Soul Fractal Retrievals are a one-time session when you're ready for an uplevel, or tired of feeling like you've been playing a game without all of the cards.
How do I prepare for a session?
Wear comfortable clothing, make sure you're hydrated and avoid alcohol or other substances that have an impact on your mind/body (except prescribed medications) at least 24 hours prior. If we're doing a virtual session, make sure you have a safe quiet space where you won't be interrupted.
Can I participate in your services if I have no prior experience?
Absolutely! Our services are designed to accommodate all levels of experience. We provide personalized guidance to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely. It's all about where you intuitively feel you want to start and how deep you want to go?
Are your sessions virtual or in person?
I have a combination of both virtual and in person. Booking on my website will automatically set you up for virtual. Energy healing sessions are available in person at a local park in San Diego by request - please email [email protected] to discuss your request prior to booking.

How often should I get an energy healing?
That is a very individual answer, only you will know what is right for you. Some clients rotate between Reiki & Soul Realignments on a quarterly basis, some book Soul Realignments every month, some choose to book mentorship coaching which includes the energy healings when they are going through a period of transition. There are many ways to do it, there is no wrong way as long as you allow time for the integration between sessions.
